When should I use the Report Issue button?

Before reporting an issue with your Edifix results, please review the FAQ pages about why some references might not have been restructured or linked to PubMed or Crossref. More in-depth explanations of Edifix behavior can be found in the Troubleshooting section.

If you believe Edifix has made a mistake in processing your references, please use the Report Issue button under the reference job that you want to bring to our attention. Information about the reference job will be attached to your report. Please remember to indicate how the results deviate from your expectations and which reference(s) contain the error.
