Why don't I see my updated credit card info on the My Subscription page?

Edifix currently shows users certain credit card information (the last 4 digits of the card number, the expiry date, and the type of card) in two places:

1. For each monthly or annual payment, Account > Payment History > Details displays information for the credit card used to make that specific payment.
2. Account > My Subscription displays information for the credit card you originally used to purchase your subscription.

Please note that if you have updated your credit card information since your most recent subscription charge, Account > My Subscription will display the information for your previous credit card, not the new card. The Edifix team is aware that this is unintuitive, and this issue will be resolved in the near future.

Your credit card details are never stored on the Edifix servers. Payments are processed through a secure payment processing service.
